First 1/2 day trip by Ocean Obsession was a huge success! This beautiful Red Snapper caught aboard the Ocean Obsession II on March 6th by Ray McCormack. This time of year we are catching and releasing a great number of Red Snapper.

Ocean Obsession II Fishing Report

3-27-10 OOII fishing report, well if you haven’t been out bottom fishing you need to come out with us. the fishing is really good with plenty of mangroves starting to bite, and yes you are still aloud to keep them for now. There are a couple of cobia starting to show up, I did see an 80lb. weighed in. we are still catching plenty of grouper and red snapper. the pic shows one of our regulars Tim Petrie with one of his four red snappers. the weather looks bad for a couple of days but when it clears have your reservations in and be ready to fishing. see you on the ocean.
